2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or make a purchase.

These terms apply to all transactions placed through our Shopify-powered store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

3. Products

3.1 Product Descriptions

We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications on our site are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen display settings. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any product at any time without notice.

3.2 Sizing & Fit

Detailed size guides are provided on individual product pages. As sizing can vary between styles and collections, we strongly recommend consulting the size guide before ordering. We are unable to accept responsibility for items ordered in an incorrect size where size guides were available.

3.3 Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a credit note, or a full refund.

4. Ordering

4.1 Placing an Order

By completing checkout on our Shopify store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Savile Row Sports Club Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance. A separate dispatch confirmation email constitutes our acceptance and forms the contract between us.

4.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

4.4 Errors

In the event of a pricing or product error on our website, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price or with incorrect details. We will contact you to advise of the error and offer a cancellation or reorder at the correct price.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery services to UK addresses:

Standard Delivery (3–5 business days)
Express Delivery (1–2 business days)
Next Day Delivery (order by 1pm on a business day)

International delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

6.2 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery charge may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, less any delivery costs incurred.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every purchase from Savile Row Sports Club. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.

7.1 Returns Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
With all original tags attached
In original or equivalent packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items are excluded from our returns policy unless faulty:

Items marked as Final Sale or non-returnable
Personalised or custom-made products
Underwear, base layers, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Gift cards

7.2 How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@savilerowsportsclub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a returns authorisation and instructions. Unauthorised returns may be rejected.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

7.3 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.

7.4 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.

7.5 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Under these regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (the “cooling-off period”) without giving a reason, unless the goods fall within an exception category (see Section 7.1). To exercise this right, please notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires.

Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders
Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value

Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period
If a code is used fraudulently, we reserve the right to cancel the order
