Shipping Information
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
Please note that requests to cancel an order, amend delivery details, or make other changes cannot always be accommodated, particularly during peak periods or for orders placed over weekends.
All orders placed are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.
UK Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail): 2–3 working days – £4.99
- Express Delivery (Royal Mail): 1–2 working days – £6.99
- Free shipping for all orders over £200
Selecting an express service affects only the transit time and does not shorten the order processing period.

Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at info@savilerowsportsclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.
Returned products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted for underwear, swimwear, or fragrances.
Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Delivery charges, customs fees, and taxes are not eligible for reimbursement.
Products purchased from third-party retailers cannot be returned through our website.
Returns from multiple orders should be submitted separately. If you require assistance, please contact customer support.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
